Gemstones once purchased can be returned within 7days of delivery if the product delivered is not as per the description mentioned in our website and/or as confirmed by the customer to the dealer directly. Return is also acceptable if the product is found to be damaged or not in good condition.

If the product delivered is not as per the description mentioned on our website and/or as confirmed by the customer to the dealer directly.
If the product is found not to be in good condition or damaged on delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage and handling by the customer will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy. We make sure items are dispatched after proper quality check & good packaging from our end.
Item(s) must be in original, unused condition and accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation etc.
All requests for return of product have to be placed within seven (07) days from the date of delivery. No requests for retuns after seven (07) days from date of delivery will be processed.
We don’t entertain return & refund in any other case.
